Science is the basic foundation of any technological and engineering creation. The Fire & Safety as a subject has become very important in view of rapid industrialization and development of new technology and consequent enactment of various legislation for ensuring safety & security of the property & life. In view of the changing scenario at the national and international level in the field of Science and Technology, there is a great demand for Fire & Safety personnel with considerable knowledge of its applications. Council of Human Resource Education Development (CHRED Skills Universe) is committed to high academic standards of Certificate of Vocational Level though National Skill Qualification Framework The Vocational Fire & Safety Program is designed in such a way that a good basic foundation of Fire & Safety subjects is laid and applications along with practical drills are covered. Students will also get theoretical and practical knowledge by undergoing industrial internship, physical training & Drills during every semester. The course of Fire & Safety is designed to full fill recent demands of industrial career. The Vocational Fire & Safety Program provide an opportunity to make a career in construction industry, petrochemical & Oil & Gas, Process industries, Aviation & Marine industry.   1. Contribute Funds To The CHRED Department of Industrial Partnership & CSR To Meet And Fulfill CSR Commitments Under The Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility) Act, 2013.
  2. Sponsor Candidates for Skilling Programs in Priority Areas/Sectors (Programs Focused On Livelihoods, Persons with Disabilities, Minorities, Special Areas, Etc.) In Geographical Area As Suggested By Company
  3. Execute the project through a training provider agreement between the company and CHRED
  4. Offer existing facilities and machinery for on-the-job practical training where available.
  5. You can implement the project through CHRED training partners with project management support at nominal cost (as per general standards gazette instruction) through NSQF training scheme.
  6. For NSQF-alignment employees (including contractual workers) can undertake accreditation of fresh candidates from three months to 36 months of Certificate, Degree, The Diploma, Bachelor course training or Prior Learning (RPL) Certification Program.
  1. The organization can setup / upgrade the company with skill development facilities to become the center of excellence by focusing on areas of strategic importance.
  2. The Center, which will be affiliated with CHRED, will be a hub with high skill tools with the support of sector related industries to promote high quality educational skills in the country.
  3. Set Up Corporate Owned Multi-Sectoral Skill Training Centres/Institutes.
  4. Our center will be operated by a direct HRED affiliated training partner in accordance with the standards aligned with the Government of India based NSQF.
  5. Combine With Sponsorship Of Candidates’ Trainings
  6. Provide high skill oriented course training which is based on the need of different company industries.
  7. Become a Co-Brand Center / Organization with the Skill India Project and working with CHRED
  8. Use CSR funds and / or government schemes (such as the National Employment Enhancement Growth Campaign) to sponsor candidates where applicable by working with CHRED.
  1. Corporate (Industry / Organization) can Setup / Donate Labs to support skill Development Programs Addressing Industry Need for skilled Manpower Act Trade-Level.
  2. The Center, which will be affiliated with CHRED, will be a hub with high skill tools with the support of sector related industries to promote high quality educational skills in the country.
  3. Under the NSQF guidelines, CHRED may attach training centers to upgrade / enhance labs in their centers.
  4. The affiliated corporate sector can jointly monitor with CHRED whether such specific centers are delivering as per plan and quality standards.
  5. Ensure Continuous Engagement Through Technology And Knowledge Interventions, On-The-Job Training/Apprenticeship Programs For Graduates, Etc.
  6. Government schemes (such as NSQF) to offset training and assessment costs can be collected at CHRED centers where disadvantaged youth are educated.
  1. CSR can be contributed by providing the right location and facilities to use as a skill development center by organization.
  2. Existing programs can be supported by donating basic setup costs and equipment to offset intensive training programs.
  3. Land use may be provided for special programs like construction related expenses etc. for the purpose of setting up training centers with high employment potential.
  4. CHRED may be assigned by an affiliate training partner.
  5. Candidates can be linked to training sponsorship.
  1. (Utilization Of CSR Funds For Apprenticeship Training Under ‘Skill Training’ Already Covered Under Item No. (Ii) Of Schedule VII Of The Companies Act.)
  2. CSR Funds For Apprenticeship Training To Include Expenditure On Basic Training And Stipend Payable To Apprentices Under sub-section[1] of Section 23 read with Section 10 of the All India Council for Technical Education Act, 1987 (52 of 1987)
  3. Expenditure On Apprenticeship Training Over & Above Of 2.5% I.E., Minimum Mandate As Per Apprentices Act, Can Be Utilized Under CSR Funding.
  1. Become a non funding training partner where funding in not sought
  2. Setup A Skill Development Organization Either As A New Business Unit, Independent Trust/Society Or A Newly Incorporated Special Purpose Vehicle With Equity Infusion From Parent Entity And/or Promoters/Trustees.
