Council of Human Resource Education Development (CHRED) was established in 2014, as the Bindhyachal bajpayee memorial of social work. The first Council of Industrial practical training & social work in India. CHRED was a pioneering effort with the objective of Social welfare through academic excellence, a characteristic of the trust. Its establishment was the result of the decision of the trustees of the foundation to accept Mr. Jagdish Makwana’s vision of a post-graduate community college of social work of national stature that would engage in a continuous study of Indian social issues and problems and impart education in social work to meet the emerging need for trained human power. This subsequently influenced the direction of social work education and social research in India. It was declared skill training provider after legislation passed by Ministry of human resource development Govt. of India initiative notification F. No. 37 – 3 / Legal / AICTE / 2013 as per AICTE Act. 1987, skill traing provider wide no. F.1 – 3345523521 – NSQF – 2017 dated 23rd March, 2018. CHRED has registered under act by Ministry of Human Resource Development Indian rules R.70-1 / 2013 – (A) and accordance with Department of higher education . The Vision of the Council is to be an Institute of excellence in higher education that continually responds to changing social realities through the development and application of knowledge, towards creating a people – cantered and ecologically sustainable society that promotes and protects the dignity, equality, social justice and human rights for all, with special emphasis on marginalised and vulnerable groups.

Purpose

CHRED Students Assessment Certification is to evaluate technical students of India and to assess their overall qualitative and quantitative growth during the course of study in order to get suitable employment thought NSQF. All India Council for Technical Education AICTE-NSQF project has been designed to measure the benchmark levels and gains in academic and higher-order thinking skills of students and Industries to understand the various factors that affect skill development in CHRED Skills Community Training and Institutions across India.

Scope

Collecting and analyzing information about student achievement of work skills is appropriate only when the information is used to improve students’ outcomes. The objective of this project is to provide students with low level to high level thinking skills gain performance evaluation and enhance ways through which Indian students can lead better opportunities in their business and personal graph.

The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) is a large scale program implemented by NSQF to evaluate and improve the skills of engineering students in AICTE accredited CHRED technical institutes across the country. In the context of analysis, each assessment (including those that test academic skills and high-ranking thinking skills) can be used to compare students’ results. More specifically, each assessment would be considered one-dimensional, reliable, and good for measuring students’ range of abilities. Most of the items also show the psychometric characteristics of the students.

CHRED vision is to encourage students to develop their skills to ensure global competitiveness and bridge the gap between academics and industry by providing a platform for knowledge-skills assessment and 22nd century skills.

The CHRED Policy will engage entrepreneurs with engineers, manufacturers, organizations to develop skills in students about innovative industries, and will enable faculty members and stakeholders of college institutions to collaborate to assess global competitiveness.

Various schemes and programme are initiated by the council of HRED. Indian Govt. has offered a helping hand to provide a global opportunity through education and higher education. These schemes and programmes have started resulting and benefiting as a development in different educational fields of the country. The education approach is not easy in some parts of the nation. The people belonging to the same feel themselves. Very inferior and distressed due to poverty and illiteracy . The council secures the approaching of education through various educational organizations. And tried to provide development oriented education. The council motivates the national contribution in iterating via school and work with the co-ordination of different educational organizations and hence the development can happen in educational fields.
