Sh. Jagdish Makwana

President

Makwana Jagdish, the dynamic visionary president of CHRED, whose unwavering commitment to education has made an impact in all the diverse states of India and beyond national borders. Mr. Makwana Jagdish invested his efforts in promoting education and establishing state-of-the-art educational institutions. Expansion of courses in technical, business, firefighting, social and medical fields in every state of India, creation of employment oriented courses and faith in youth empowerment allowed them to see. Given skill building programs they can transform into dynamic leaders and thinkers. 21st century. His commitment to research for employment and social development has prompted him to invest his efforts in organizing, chairing and participating in conferences at the state, national and global levels. With his vision towards internationalization and globalization, Mr. Jagdish Makwana has raised the flag of CHRED to global heights. He has been instrumental in the formation and establishment of MoUs with leading higher education institutions across India. He believes that the world today needs job creators, not job givers. As such, he brings together a team of mentors under CHRED Entrepreneurship Development Cell who are creating an atmosphere of business innovation on the  campus, Industrial place through a series of flagship events dedicated to start-ups. They believe that research development is the main drive behind any form of academic progress, and these beliefs are manifested in living reality through their continued support for internal and external research grants and fellowships.  Mr. Jagdish Makwana, learning is a continuous process that begins but never ends, and to make it a reality he took the extra mile to create new learning spaces for outside staff to reap some educational benefits from CHRED They have continuing education program, work integrated programs and executive development programs. As a result of their selfless nature and commitment to giving back to the communities and ensuring the welfare of the people, various social initiatives and community campaign programs have been launched. He has also led a campaign during Covid-19 that has contributed to the CMR Relief Fund through CSR fund through an educational campaign with Industries, and continues to lead CHRED education coverage to a path of sustainable development for the holistic development of the community. This has also led to an increase in intellectual property, which is compatible with academics by the CHRED For Mr. Jagdish Makwana, learning is a continuous process that begins but never ends, and to make it a reality he took the extra mile to create new learning spaces for outside staff to reap some educational benefits from CHRED. Sh. B. H. Makwana

Mr. B.H. Makwana is a passionate educator  whose career and depth of technical expertise have inspired his far-reaching passion for innovation in education. With more than 35 years of his career in the field of education, Prof. Babubhai H. Makwana has worked in a number of professional and educational capacities which are collectively contributing to the development of all the youth of Gujarat and future researchers of India. He has been the Registrar of CHRED since 2014 and has been actively working as a Officer to shape regulatory standards and compliance measures. Through his numerous research works, he has the passion and enthusiasm to contribute to the educational knowledge under the Government of India in the State of Gujarat. He has shaped and developed his skills and interests in the fields of industrial electronics and drives, power electronics, electrical machines and wind energy conversion. He also worked on numerous educational projects and was honored by the Gujarat Government’s Educational Awards for helping to educate students about the need and importance of education and the educational significance of getting employment by visiting homes in various uneducated communities in rural areas. In these areas, he has made significant progress in expanding the scope of pedagogy that has been solved by new knowledge and passed on to future generations. Further contributing to the field of pedagogy, he is also a published author who has contributed to the scope of taking a student from primary to higher secondary. With a similar campaign for research and innovation, Prof. Babubhai Makwana is a facilitator of numerous learning platforms that provide students and higher education professionals with the skills and abilities needed to build their abilities. Adding one more feather to his professional cap, he has also been a member of the Gujarat government’s primary education department. They continue to strive to contribute to the field of higher education through their current service at CHRED and strive to create an ideal education system that sets students on the path to excellence in higher education.

Vice – Chancellor

Mr. Makwana Kalpesh is an educator and visionary who has made a significant place in the field of higher education in the Indian nation. The hallmark of his unique academic career is his commitment to continuing education. Throughout his career, he has made significant contributions to the development, expansion and growth of higher education. He worked effectively on the development of various methods of teaching along with the development of the curriculum. In recognition of his contribution to the nurture and development of the young minds of India, Mr. Makwana Kalpesh is the recipient of various notable awards and honors. He has organized many campaigns (programs) under the ideology of social reform and is always working to take the society in the right direction. He believes in students ‘ability to shape and influence the world and as Vice-Chancellor of CHRED constantly strives to nurture students’ minds and talents.

Sh. Harendra Kumar Bajpayee

The CHRED is a concept and campaign through which self-employment training and production is provided through an organized system. Shri Harendra Kumar Bajpayee who based on his 25 years of continuous working experience in the field of employment has created an organized system in his own state, district and region for every individual, woman and youth all over India based on their experience and ability. And has started a campaign to provide employment and generate employment through training. CHRED is an organized system geared towards generating employment. By which one person gets employment and one person gets employment. It needs to be understood that where there is life there is desire, need and responsibility. Where there is a need there is employment.

Sh. Ravinder Singh

  • He has been associated with drafting norms and standards, procedures, rules and regulations for implementing the mandate given in the AICTE Act. He worked with All India Boards of Studies and various other committees constituted for formulating policies for planning, promotion, and regulation of technical education in the country for the last 25 years, which include;
  • Norms and standards for Engineering &Technology, Pharmacy, Architecture, etc. programs conducted by the technical institutions.
  • Norms and guidelines for the Accreditation of technical education programs for the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) under AICTE
  • Constitution of Statutory Bodies, Boards of Studies, Regional Committees under AICTE Act.
  • Notification of Rules and Regulations for implementation of provisions contained in the AICTE Act.
  • Framing of Regulations and Process handbooks for grant of approval of technical institutions from time to time.
  • Framing of Schemes for funding Research and Development in technical institutions in the Country.
  • He also worked in Administration and Finance for a number of years and set up administrative and financial proedures for smooth and effective functioning of AICTE, which include;
  • Drafting and notification of Recruitment Rules for appointment of staff and officers based on SIU conducted by Ministry of Finance Govt. of India.
  • Establishing accounting procedures and processes for financial transitions through e-governance.
  • He also worked in the Legal Cell and coordinated with Legal Counsels and Courts of Law for a number of years.
  • He possesses a Doctorate Degree in Bio-Technology and did his Post Graduation from the Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI) New Delhi.
